CHANGE OF MIND?

 

It’s overwhelming being a new mom, so we understand if you are having some second thoughts about your purchase.

If you have had a change in mind about your K’LEA bag please email us at info@kleabags.co.za – attaching your invoice and order number, within 14 days from receiving your order. The item purchased must be unused; in the same condition you received it and in the original dust bag with all included accessories inside for a return or refund to be possible.

Kindly note that if you have purchased a sale item or a personalized your bag – there will be no refunds or exchanges available.

Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to the KLEA office in Durban, South Africa at the buyer’s own cost.

 

DEALING WITH FAULTS – AND OUR WARRANTY PERIOD

 

We are very proud of all of our K’LEA bags and check each one individually prior to shipping. In the unlikely event your K’LEA bag having a fault please contact us immediately, or within 7 days of your purchase so we can arrange a return or exchange.

Customer is responsible for shipping product back to our K’LEA OFFICES – in Durban South Africa. We will take care of the shipping on the way back to you. Warranties are non-transferable.

 

6 MONTH WARRANTY

 

Our 6 month warranty against defects is in materials and workmanship.

Our leather, as with all natural materials, will occasionally have unique characteristics such as: small scars, creases and variations in the colour and are not considered defects.

Please Note: Due to the nature of leather and materials our warranty does not cover natural wear and tear from daily love. Worn edges or corners, natural fading and softening of materials are an expected occurrence.

We guarantee the foundation of our product will hold your belongings safely.

Maintain your leather regularly to ensure soft and supple leather – Leather Care can help maintain your product longer. We recommend conditioning your leather at a minimum of every 4 months depending on usage. Please feel free to contact us for more details and suggested retailers to source your own leather cleaning products.

 

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

 

At the discretion K’LEA, Warranty claims associated with the below list are not considered manufacture defects and are not covered within our Guarantee policy.

User wear and tear from normal use such as:

  • Worn edges or corners from daily use
  • Natural fading and softening of materials
  • Stains, spots and spills
  • Stretching from wear/use
  • Damage to finishes or seams from friction/rubbing
  • Improper conditioning and cleaning
  • Linings that are ripped, stained or worn from normal use.

Misuse, neglect, abuse or accidental damage such as:

  • Rips or scratches
  • Gashes and tears
  • Harsh chemicals or cleaners
  • Animal, fire or weather (flood, etc.) damage
  • Airline or third-party damage or mishandling
  • Third party alterations
  • Theft, loss or intentional damage

Any warranty claims associated with the below list of merchandise categories do not fall within our Guarantee policy:

  • Promotional or Sample Sale merchandise
  • Merchandise purchased through discount retailers or outlets
  • Personalised Bags
